You will gather and analyze user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market
You will focus on reporting risks and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects
On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve, harmonize and automate business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies
You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices
You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate
You will organize and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions
Completed studies in the field of IT or business administration
At least 2 -3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position
Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence
Strong ability to analyse and understand complex business needs and priorities, effectively translating them into actionable requirements in collaboration with IT teams, while aligning with broader business initiatives and strategies
A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills
A high level of German and English

In Austria, we are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collectivelabour agreement in trade. This is per year 34.594,- €. However, we offer a higher salary inaccordance with your experience and qualifications. We're happy to discuss everything else onthat in person
